Temperatures are finally beginning to heat up here in the Treasure Valley, and that beautiful Spring sunshine never fails to draw me outside!  My family loves the outdoors and we love to eat, so a spring picnic is the perfect way for us to spend quality time together.

If you’re new to the area or just searching for some fresh ideas for your next family adventure, you’re in luck – Idaho offers so many fabulous picnic places to choose from! From tranquil lakefront scenery to dramatic mountain vistas, here are ten great Idaho picnic spots to consider for your next jaunt. Some might require a bit of a drive, but they are so worth it.  Take a look!
